Night time is the best time for our skin to repair itself. Pay attention to your skin not only in the daytime but also in the night time. Every time you take care of your skin in the night time the more glow you will get the next morning.
Many times we fail to understand, what needs to be done to the skin on a regular basis. Here is the skin care regime that can be followed by anyone who loves to take care of their skin.
* Cleansing- It is the basic step of the regime. Your skin asks for cleansing every time you treat it with some makeup or even if you don’t, the dust particles from the whole day stuck up on your face need to be cleaned. The motive here is deep cleansing while being gentle on the skin.
* Exfoliate- Gentle exfoliation is what the skin demands. Exfoliate your skin regularly with scrub or with gommage peel or a clay mask, depending on the skin type, 2 to 3 times to get rid of dead cells. Appropriate products should be used according to your skin types.
* Toning- After the skin is exfoliated, it should be toned to restore PH level and refine pores. Always use a good toner as it is a very important step and prepares your skin for the next step of your regimen by minimising pores to the normal size.
* Mask- Put a mask after you are done with toning. Mask can be very relaxing for the skin as they soothe the skin from within.
