A perfect day starts with a perfect breakfast and that doesn’t mean you eat any kind of garbage available near you. The breakfast should necessarily be healthy to keep you rejuvenated throughout the day. So, if you think that breakfast can’t be both tasty and healthy, you are wrong. These pancake recipes will prove that breakfasts can be both.
Oat Bran Pancake
Ingredients:
Refined flour, sugar, salt, oats, egg, baking soda and vanilla essence
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients with milk and make a thick batter on the hot plate/pan
2. Make small pancake and serve with maple syrup and honey.
Oat Banana Pancake
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe banana, ⅓ cup of oats, 2 eggs, skimmed milk, ½ tablespoon baking soda, ¼ tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Put the banana in a bowl and mash it.
2. Now put the eggs on the same bowl, baking soda and skimmed milk, mix well.

4. Now put the powder oats and cinnamon into the bowl and mix.
5. After the mixing is done, put a pan in the oven over medium heat.
6. Spill a dash of vegetable or olive oil into the pan.
7. Pour a small amount of mixture into the pan and cook each side for about 1 minute or until they turn golden brown on both sides.
8. Serve with maple syrup.
Oat Strawberry Pancake
Ingredients:
5-6 strawberries, ⅓ cup of oats, 2 eggs, skimmed milk, ½ tablespoon brown sugar, ½ cup of all purpose flour, ½ tablespoon baking soda
Method:
1. Cut the strawberries into pieces and put it in a bowl.
2. Now break the eggs, skimmed milks, baking soda in together on another bowl and mix well.
3. Put the oats into a blender and make coarse/fine powder.
4. Now put the powder oats into the mixture and mix.
5. Next put the cut strawberries in the mixture bowl and mildly mix all.
6. After the mixing is done, put a pan in the oven over medium heat.
7. Spill a dash of vegetable or olive oil into the pan.
8. Pour a small amount of mixture into the pan and cook each side for about 1 minute or until they turn golden brown on both sides.
9. Serve with maple syrup.
