The stunning actress of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone is making the headlines after the speculation of her engagement with Ranveer Singh.
The actress was spotted last week coming out of a jewelry store with her mom in Bandra. Earlier this month Deepika was seen at a designer store in Bangalore with her mother and sister.
Deepika opened up on a lot of personal and professional things while in an interview with the Evening Standard. When she was asked about the rumors that were going on in media and her fans about her engagement with beau Ranveer Singh, she said, “I try and keep it separate as much as possible, but I don’t try to fight or control the speculation.”
Further opening up with her personal life she said that for her, it’s her parent’s marriage which is the benchmark. ‘The way they are as a couple, the way they have held the family together. They are amazing role models.’ When asked about starting a family she said, “Absolutely — I want to have kids."
The actress also talked about how she got into depression and fought a battle successfully against it. She said that it could happen to anyone. To help people who have been affected by depression, the actress runs her foundation named Live Love Laugh. She told the magazine, "There are a lot of people who come and say that they contemplated committing suicide and after seeing the video interview that I’ve done, they actually understand what they were going through and their lives have changed. And that was the entire purpose of doing what I did. So I’m happy I made that decision to come out."
