2017 was not that good for Bollywood, as there were movies of big shot superstar who gave flops this year. However it seems that the ending of the story of 2017 is quite good and we got see some good movies with good script and the movies also earned good profit in terms of the investment that was made in the movie in making of the movie. Today we decided to share with your some of the movies that rocked the box office in 2017
The movie starring Irfan Khan in the lead was a tight slap to the education system in our country. The film speaks miles about the major issue of education which is a puppet in the hands of the people who are in power. The story revolves around a plot in which Raj Batra (Irfan Khan) and Mita (Saba Qamar) are trying hard to get their daughter Pia enrolled to a posh school which in today’s time is not a easy job. Then they decide to take admission through quota system for poor as getting admissions in posh schools are not that easy. Parents out there felt connected to the story and the loved the representation of the major issue.
The sequel of Jolly LLB was a treat to the Indian audience as the plot of the movie was impressing and people loved the way Akshay Kumar Carry forwarded Arshad Warsi style from Jolly LLB. The film talks about the loopholes of Indian constitution and what more efforts are required to strengthen the constitution.
Hrithik Roshan was at his best in this movie and the way he acted in the movie was quite promising. The film was a suspense thriller and the way it was scripted took it to the level. The movie didn’t garner much profit in the first week; however after the release it got whooping profit because of word of mouth publicity.
The films break the taboos on erectile dysfunction. With a pinch of entertainment, the film talks about an interesting and bold subject. The film is a remake of Prasanna’s Tamil film Kalyana Samyal Saadham. The Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar film earned huge profit in the box and people loved the movie with pinch of comedy.
The film starring Akshay Kumar in the lead which was based on the old age tradition of seeking fields to relieve ourselves made a huge impact among the audience. People loved the concept of educating through entertainment. The movie got appreciation from the critics for its depiction of the story that toilet at home is more important for women.
