1. Getting enough sleep
I can’t stress how important it is that you get enough sleep every single night because our body needs to recharge and without sleep, your body is just not going to function properly and get you through your day without feeling tired.
You need to get at least seven to eight hours of sleep every single night which is the key to look and feel. Thus, try to develop a routine where you know exactly what time you need to be in bed every single night so the next day, you can look and feel amazing.
2. Don't miss the first meal
Research shows that people who have breakfast tend to take in more vitamins and minerals and gain less fat and cholesterol as the day descends. Eating food rich in fiber and proteins helps you feel full and energized. You can include whole-grain, low-fat milk, yogurt, fruits, cereals, and bread in your breakfast diet.
3. Develop a good Grooming routine
By making sure that you are well groomed you’re just putting the best version of yourself out there if you know that your beard is on point and your nails aren’t dirty and gross and that your breath is fresh then you will instantly feel more confident.
The truth is you’re going to look better than 90% of other guys just by being well-groomed just by trimming your beard and just by being clean and having a basic grooming routine. I like to trim my beard every other day and get a haircut as often as possible to look fresh.
4. Make sure that you smell good
Smell is such a key player in everything. If you want to make a good first impression, smelling good is the key. If you are aware that you don’t smell good, you just can’t really relax, and won't feel comfortable around people who smell strawberry. Thus make sure you wear a good perfume before you leave your house.
5. Working out
Exercising regularly will entirely change the way you look and present yourself. Your posture would turn better, your skin will glow, and the best part, you will fit into all the clothes you have been wanting to wear.
You don’t have to gain kilos to be healthy just exercise normal, burn those unnecessary calories to improve your overall health and stamina.
6. Drink lots of water
Staying hydrated will make your skin and your hair look better. It indirectly feeds your body and muscles. A lot of guys complain about dark circles, drinking water is great to get rid of those.
If you’re working out every day you probably need more water than most people. Drink at least 2 liters or half a gallon of water every single day but that’s just a bare minimum.
